🕒 Refund Period
You can request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase.
✅ Conditions for Approval of a Refund:
- The product was not delivered correctly (access error, corrupted files, etc.)
- You have not used the product for commercial purposes (resale, bulk download, etc.)
- You have not shared the content with third parties
- The reason is reasonable and verifiable
❌ Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
- The product was fully used or modified
- The content was successfully and completely downloaded
- The request is made after the 15-day window
- No proof of purchase is provided
💬 How to Request a Refund
Send an email to info@creativasos.com with the following information:
- Subject: «Refund Request»
- Full name
- Email used for the purchase
- Order number (if applicable)
- Reason for the request
We will process your request within a maximum of 5 business days.
